Are you too busy to get a proper breakfast in the morning? Skipping this most important meal during a day, can damage your metabolism. Yogurts are perfect choice for me as it can be easily prepared at home or taken away for work or travel. Preparation time is under 5 minutes, so you have no excuse. Yogurt gives you a boost of protein and if you mix it with some fruits your perfect breakfast is ready. Here are my 3 top super easy yogurt receipts.:
Add the frozen mango, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lime juice into a food processor. Process until creamy, about 2 minutes. You can add some granola or berries over the top. My favourite ones right now are goji berries.
2. Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
Roughly chop strawberries and mix them in a food processor or with a stick blender to a purée.
Stir the yogurt until it is well mixed. You can easily prepare a frozen yogurt by freezing it overnight, until it’s get solid. Remove it from the freezer about 15 minutes before you want to serve it.
3. Banana Smoothie
Peel and freeze fresh bananas. Toss frozen banana slices into a blender and mix it with yogurt, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Serve immediately and enjoy this simple gluten free smoothie that provides you with a lot of energy, especially after your morning exercises.
