Enhance Your Look with a Brooch

You don’t have to spend lots of money to make your outfit stand out. A perfect, low-budget solution are accessories. They can refresh and transform a very simple look into an eye-catcher. One of the forgotten accessories that came back on to the fashion table is a brooch.

Brooch – before and now

Brooch has been in and out fashion for many years. In the old days it has been reserved for people from royal houses and was seen as luxury. This accessory only became popular in the mainstream in the 20s and 30s of the last century. It appeared first in the fashion shows of brands such Cartier and Tiffany’s and later on the streets.

Today it is a common accessory that can enhance or create a particular look. The combination: white blouse and damask chinos does not look spectacular. Adding a brooch with a piece of jewelry definitively spices up this style and gives this look a bit of elegance and extravagance. I am wearing flat, white, leather shoes. Add high-heels to make it a bit more feminine.
